The artwork of 5nak is a graffiti & mixed media artist from Russia. He does it all from simple tags of his name '5nak' on everyday surfaces, to full wall murals (with a few other graffiti artist friends along for the ride), pencil line art, pen and ink, digital logos, full digital art pieces and canvas paintings. Every piece of work he creates has that distinct 5nak flair and attitude. Dark, cheeky and every-so-slightly political, his artwork brings a smile to your face and heat.

"Pick the winner!
A big thank you to everyone who participated in the competition! The number of quality submissions from across the EU was overwhelming. Our professional jury has had a tough time deciding on the ten best designs from over 1700 entries. Now it's up to you to pick the winner! You can award up to 10 points for as many posters as you want, simply by clicking on the stars under each poster and then clicking "submit". Thousands of copies of the winning Europe Day 2010 poster will be published in all EU languages and exhibited across the European Union in May 2010, while its designer will receive a prize of 2000 EUR. Remember, the competition closes on 31 January, but you can join our Facebook group to receive regular updates on the progress of your favourite entry. Thank you for voting!"

European Design Awards 2010 - Call for entries

The doors are now open to all graphic designers to compete for European Design Stars; the trophies handed out each year at the ED Awards ceremony. For the fourth successive year, ED Awards invites visual communication professionals to submit their works to the finest pan-European judging panel. The deadline for submissions is February 15, 2010.
